It depends on the type of piece. Custom collages take about 2 weeks to complete, while collectible pieces are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

For now we ship within the Iberian Peninsula, but if you are outside of it and would like to receive a piece, write to us and we'll see if we can make it happen.

We don't have a physical store, but if you're in Madrid we can consider hand collection in some cases.

Please send us a photo of the damage within the first 24 hours of delivery so we can address it and offer you a solution.
